Natalia began practising law in 2006. After taking a career break to look after her family in 2011, Natalia has returned to practice law in 2019.
Natalia specialises in commercial disputes, insolvency matters and recovery actions. Natalia has advised and acted for Australia’s major financial institutions in securities enforcement actions, insolvency practitioners, directors and individuals.
Natalia is ARITA accredited, having completed its Insolvency Education Program in 2010.

making applications on behalf of insolvency practitioners for public examinations and instructing counsel in public examinations;

Rovere v Rovere [2023] NSWSC 1410: successfully acting for court appointed trustees in the contested application for court’s approval of payment of further remuneration costs and disbursements.

Re CGB Labour Hire Pty Ltd (in liq) [2023] NSWSC 17, acting for the liquidator in successfully challenging claim for privilege.

John McInerney and Phillip Campbell-Wilson in their capacity as liquidators of St Gregory’s Armenian School Inc v Michael Ghougassian [2020] NSWSC 197, acting for the liquidator in successfully resisting an application for a stay of enforcement of a writ for levy of property.
